London: Smith, Elder, & Co., 1908 First edition in hardcover with gilt lettering on spine and front board. 311 pp. Footnotes. Small embossed stamp on the title reads Presention Copy. Corner bumped and slightly frayed, spine has some sunning with gilt letters dulling, offsetting to endpapers, a bit of foxing to first and last few pages. Good.
