Heavier foxing to free endpapers. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Visible creasing to gutter. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Minor marks to boards. Unclipped jacket has moderate edgewear with chips, tears and creasing. Noticeable tanning to spine. Visible rubbing to surfaces. Brown and black marks to panels.

Brown boards, clean and unmarked apart from 1 cm mark on the spine. 192 pages, scattered foxing but more marked to the end pages, previous bookseller's marks in pencil to inside front and rear covers, edge of text block a little soiled, otherwise clean and unmarked. Pictorial dust jacket in Very Good condition, unclipped, foxing on all surfaces but particularly to the rear, the flaps and the inside, minor edge wear and chipping, a 1 cm tear to either side at the toe of the spine and a little loss, a few small tears to other extremities without loss, now protected in a removable clear plastic sleeve.
