London and Halifax: Milton and Sowerby, 1866 Hardback, 80mm x 128mm tall (3" x 5" approx.). 160pp , plus a hand-coloured frontispiece and two engraved plates, the first of which is stated as being the work of Lizars (presumably William Home Lizars,1788 - 30 March 1859). Minor rubs to cloth edges and corners and neat [early] owner's inscription to the blank head of the half-title. Otherwise very good, in the original blind-decorated, blue cloth-covered boards/gilt spine title/all edges gilt and, to the front board, the gilt decorated aphorism "Happy is the Man That Has Made Her His Wife" .
