Lionel Cust was the surveyor of the King's pictures and works of art. [ On leaf before half-title (p.[ii]): This edition is limited to five hundred and fifty copies, of which twenty-five are printed upon hand-made Japanese vellum. ] Whilst this is a firm and square copy, the boards are somewhat rubbed, with some marking.
