Lac La Biche, Alberta: Exeter Sea Cadet Corps, 1950. 107 pp, 9 1/4" H, blue boards with yellow lettering/insignia on front board. B&w photographs. "This is the tale of the birth, growth and achievements of Canada's most northern Sea Cadet Corps. This lively story reaches its climax with the second 'Exeter's' 450-mile cruise down the treacherous North Saskatchewan River, a voyage that had not been made since the roaring days that followed the Riel Rebellion." The front free endpaper has been roughly removed with an area of surface paper loss on front pastedown and at the hinge (binding still holding tightly), very small ink mark on title page, light edge wear at the top/bottom of the spine and at the corners of the boards, wrinkling/bumping at the top/bottom of the spine, one small corner bump, some darkening to the board colour at the edges and spine, light soft wrinkling at the bottom corner of the pages from approx. page 88 to the end of the book.. Not Signed. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good Reference Copy/No Jacket.
