The separate folder containing the 2 folding maps is not present. In good condition. No writing/markings within the interior text. Hinges tight. The age-toned interior pages show scattered spotting/foxing throughout. Some illustrated plates separating from binding. Moderate to heavy wear/tear/soiling to the cloth covers.
