Octavo, 2 vol in dark red morocco with gilt decorations and titles on spine, 5 raised bands on spine with gilt escutcheons and titles, date on bottom of spine, gilt edges on text block all around. Vol I, 225pp, Vol II, 187pp plus advertisement at rear dated Feb 2, 1793. Contemporary or very early unsigned binding, hinges and spines repaired, about 1/2"x2" chunk missing from Vol 1 spine(see photos), shelf-wear at edges of boards and slight bumping at corners, otherwise tight and bright.
