Half leather binding with marbled boards. Heavy rubbing to leather but securely bound with no cracking to joints, slight wear to corners of boards. Two previous owner names to front free endpaper (one dated 1832). Clean text throughout, numerous woodcuts. A scarce early title from the Chiswick Press, founded by Charles Whittingham in the previous year. Overall condition is Very Good Minus. International postage will be less than the stated rate.
