The text is illustrated with both colour and black-and-white photographs. Dark red coloured cloth covered boards with gilt coloured embossed titles to the front panel and back strip. Colour photographic dustwrapper (wraparound) showing details of a fez, with white coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. The catalogue that accompanied an exhibition of the same name highlighting, and, showcasing the depth and breadth of the textiles / fabrics and other myriad of cloth accoutrement held by the Indianapolis Museum of Art.  Softening of the back strip edges with a little rubbing of the book panels. Tanning of the text block edges and there is foxing to the end pages and to the first few and last few pages of the book. A little chipping of the top dustwrapper corners and back strip corners. Rubbing, quite noticeable, to the fold over creases on either side of the back strip, though the panels also show some rubbing. Fading to the back strip.
