Volume with small stain to text block fore-edge, minor damp stain to cloth and smudging to inscription. DJ with toning to edges, some soil and stains, short closed tears to head of spine panel. Two page inscription in the same script as the DJ title "Faceless" reads "Happy 2001! / 26th April / for Sheila - You are our Source of Joy / David / New York".
