Hardcover. Fair. First printing of 1960 delux edition (limited to six hundred copies) signed by the author. The book is unmarked and bright inside and out except for a dime-size bit of sticker residue inside the front cover. The dust jacket is worn around the edges and its spine is quite faded; there are also three nickel-size spots of light staining on the back of the dust jacket.. No slip case.
