The pages have a bit of reading wear, but are in Very Good or better condition. Copyright page stated First Edition: November 1999; with complete number line. DJ not price clipped ($27.95); in mylar jacket. Library stickeron DJ spine and bac cover. General wear to DJ. An Ex-Library book with few markings and in Very Good or better condition. . First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Ex-Library.
