Fantastic Trees

by Menninger, Edwin A

Condition: Good in Good dust jacket.

Viking, 1967. Hardback 1st Edition Good in Good dust jacket. Previous owner name on endpapers, very small tear (less than 1/2 inch) on bottom of last 30 pages, else book is fine. Dust jacket has some small edge tears, chips at spine ends. Text and photos devoted to the wild side of the arboreal world: trees that thrust their roots into the air, produce flowers and fruit underground, make noises, change their sex, commit suicide or produce their own rain. No staid or boring trees here, only the eccentric and exotic.
