Bloomington: Indiana University Press, 1962. First Edition First Printing . Hardcover. Good/Good. 8vo. 334 pages. Hardcover with an orange and black dust jacket, now in mylar. The jacket is worn and a bit dusty, and the spine is sunned to yellow. A sound copy with secure inner hinges. Top edge dust-stained. Prior owner's signature on the front flyleaf. Endpapers foxed. There is some heavy pencil underlining on the first two pages of the Introduction. Otherwise, the text is generally clean.
