The Naylor Company. 1946. Hardcover. Signed, inscribed and dated by author on front endpaper. First edition. No additional printings listed. Hard cover, published by the Naylor Co. in 1946. No DJ. Red textured boards, with silver lettering. Covers have slight edge wear, and upper front corner is bumped in some. Back cover has two small stains. Grooves along edges of spine have some staining. Side and bottom edges of pages have some small stains. Included at back of book (attached to inside back cover) is a genealogical chart of James Edward Ferguson. Also on the inside of back cover is a sticker for a store in Austin and a sticker with a $3.00 price at top. .
