New York: Canaveral Press, 1962. Hardcover. Very Good in Near Fine dust jacket/Near Fine. Illustrated by Blaine, Mahlon. Crisp, clean pages except for a pair of tape stains at each free endpaper and two prior owners' ink stamps and a label on the front endpaper; hard cover only modestly shelfworn at spine heel, otherwise excellent. Unclipped dust jacket shows only light shelfwear at the corners and some fading along the spine, otherwise clean and well-preserved, now protected in a new, clear sleeve.
Synopsis
A Fighting Man of Mars is an Edgar Rice Burroughs science fiction novel, the seventh of his famous Barsoom series. Burroughs began writing it on February 28, 1929, and the finished story was first published in Blue Book Magazine as a six-part serial in the issues for April to September, 1930. It was later published as a complete novel by Metropolitan in May, 1931.
