Wonderful full color and two-color illustrations by Alice and Martin Probensen. This book of folk songs leans toward "good" condition due to the fact all pages and end pages are still attached to binding, and binding has not separated, everything is intact. The pictorial on front board looks great, although the green boards have faded and cloth spine is tanned. However, this book has seen much use over the years and spent time on many piano music stands/holders, which has worn the paper board covers through around all edges, front and back. Cardboard shows through on all corners, especially on back corner and bottom edges. Top and bottom of spine are bumped and lightly worn through.
