Boston and New York: Crocker and Brwester ; Leavitt, Lord, and Co, 1837. Boards. Good. 266 pages. Small 8vo. Plain leather spine gilt over cloth boards with leaf and grapes embossed pattern. Front blank endpaper lacking portions, penciled notes on endpapers generally. Binding is sound, corners bumped and worn. Previous owner name "S. B. Kellogg New Hartford Conn No. 6" inked on front pastedown, with evidence of a pasted down ticket (now removed) and embedded piece of hair in the old glue. Genetics anyone? Boards.
