Milton, Massachusetts: Privately Printed , 1932 xii, [2], 166pp, bound in half cloth, gilt still bright, mounted spine label intact [no chips], binding and hinges tight. Designed by William Dana Orcutt, and made at the Plimpton Press in Norwood, Massachusetts, under his personal supervision. Inscribed by the Author on the front free endpaper "Carlston R. Richmond / with regards of / Nathaniel T. Kidder", with small armorial bookplate for Richmond.
