New York: A.S. Barnes & Co., 1957. Possible First printing. Hardcover, no DJ. *SIGNED BY ARNOLD PALMER and JACK NICKLAUS. Good+ copy. Presumed 1st/1st (Barnes was notoriously inconsistent on printing statements, and did not explicitly state first editions). Shelfwear, scuffed/marked with some soiling to cloth boards, fraying corners. Autographed FFEP (signed to verso & recto) was torn out, folded, creased, and taped back in. Text & illustrations are mercifully free of markings or notations. Illustrated by Anthony Ravielli. A very rare find signed by two of the game's all-time greats.
