[New York: William E. Rudge, 1921. Small quarto. Gilt boards. Bookplate, toe of spine bumped, upper board rather dust marked and with scattered spots, small spot in one margin; internally very good. One of 265 copies printed by Rudge on japon vellum finish paper for distribution as a holiday keepsake. Text illuminated with color drawings by Ernest Clegg. Introduction by William T. Manning. Clegg was himself late of the Bedfordshire Regiment. Rudge also printed an edition of 500 copies on paper.
