A very good, clean, tight copy. Original publisher's burgundy cloth - gilt embossed to the spine. No inscriptioins. No dust jacket. Upper edge dyed pink/red as called for. A number of lovely photographic reproductions of life and landscape of Bali amongst other places. A light stain with tide-mark about 5cm x 2.5cm to the upper fore-edge in no way affecting the margins of the pages themselves. The lower two board corners bumped. Some oxidising/toning to the word 'flight' to the spine. Slight marking to the rear board. A very good copy.

Pages remain clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Plates are bright and clear. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Unclipped jacket has heavy edge-wear with some areas of loss, heavy tears, chips and creasing.

Boards are bowed. Book has a forward lean.
