Boston: The Stratford Company, 1922. Very rare volume. 8vo size blue clothbound hardcover with darker blue titles with dust jacket; 182 clean, toned pages. From jacket: "(This book) is a very able, thoughtful and deeply spiritual study of the philosophy and power of intercessory prayers. It shows how the resources of each and every follower of the Son of Man may be mobilized and wielded and an invincible power. Sympathy and good will need not be dissipated into unprevailing wishes or regrets, but put to practical, telling use in prayer for others. Why this is so, and how this is so, is told in this book. Jacket has wear and tear and light soil along with some minor chipping to head and heel of spine and a small chip to bottom front corner. Head and heel of spine and front corners are bumped. There is a quarter inch tear to the top margin of blank fep and some very light foxing on endpapers.
