Chatto & Windus, 1926-01-01. Hardcover. Acceptable. Chatto & Windus, 1926. Hard cover, 265 pp. No other printings listed. Acceptable+/ NO dust jacket. Brown cloth covered boards with title pasted on top edge of spine. Light nicking and fraying to cloth at corner tips and at top and bottom of spine with a bit of chipping to the cloth at the bottom of the spine. Light to moderate overall scuffing and soiling to covers as well. Binding tight. Previous owners' book plate on front paste down and name and date (1927) written in ink on top corner of front free end paper. Pages a bit chipped and torn along fore-edges where pages were separated. Otherwise pages are lightly aged but unmarked. NOT Ex-Library.
