Philadelphia: The Philobiblon Club, 1904. Hardcover. Near Fine. The 1904 facsimile re-issue of the original 1758 printing. Clean and Near Fine in its chocolate-brown boards, with just a touch of soiling along the spine. Only 150 copies issued. Quarto, 15 pgs. of Introductory text plus the facsimile itself, which consists of 15 plates. Also includes the publisher's slipcase, which is solid and VG, with light chipping along the spine.
