This copy was specially bound for booksellers Wessel and Lieberman; at the colophon, the number of this copy is struck in pencil, with the note: "Made-up copy for Wessel and Lieberman Booksellers." A curious publication, lacking the two plates called for, and with the quires bound out of sequence. While all leaves are present, the pagination is non-sequential. The first book published by Heavenly Monkey. Provides descriptions of van Sandwyk's limited and trade edition books issued during the first 18 years of his career.
