Black cloth boards, gilt title stamping. Fraying at front hinge and top of spine. Mildly cocked. Inscription from Congressman Davis and previous owner's name on first free endpaper. Tissue guard intact with frontis of FDR. 84 pp. 6 x 9.5 inches tall.
