New York: Moffat, Yard & Company, 1919. First Edition. Octavo (19cm.); original green cloth, upper cover and spine lettered in darker green; [8],314pp. Spine quite toned, else Very Good and sound. Proposal for municipal collectivism, federal democracy, and political pluralism by Christian socialist and founder of the "Church of the Social Revolution." White was by this time an ex-member of the Socialist Party of America, having been removed in 1914 for his religious beliefs. See EGBERT II, p. 304.
