We have a 14 day return policy. Items that are sold brand new and factory sealed can not be returned if the factory seal is broken. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the return is discretionary. Seller will pay return shipping if the error is on the seller's end. Lastly, please note that we try our best to accommodate all requests for changes to an order, but during the textbook rush at the beginning of semesters, it is sometimes all we can do to keep up with orders and emails--even with all of us working 15 hours a day! That said, please note that we are not always able to get books to you early. Often we just get them to you right on time and on schedule. Your books should never be late from us.
