Dublin, printed for John Beatty, No.32, Skinner-Row, M,DCC,LXXXII, (1782).. DUBLIN EDITION, 1782, third edition corrected and enlarged. 12mo, approximately 175 x 105 mm, 6¾ x 4 inches, 4 small text illustrations, pages, [12], 1-336, bound in full contemporary calf. Binding slightly rubbed and stained, first 12 pages have a pale stain to lower margins, small closed tear to lower margin neatly repaired, not affecting text, occasional small stain or spot otherwise a very good tight clean copy. ESTC 18193 lists 2 copies in the USA, no copies in UK or Ireland, ESTC list an earlier Irish editon of 1777, 1 copy only in the library of Miami University USA. Neither edition listed in Blanche Henrey, British Botanical and Horticultural Literature or Rachel McMasters Miller Hunt, Catalogue of Botanical Books, and no copies listed of the Irish edition in Library Hub Discover.
