No Place: Hugh Lauter Levin Associates, No Date. First edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/very good. Nearly square hardbound quarto. 100 numbered pp plus a detailed biography at rear of volume. Book is undated, but likely from circa 2003. Illustrated in color with some b/w photographs. SIGNED by the artist on the title page. Slight coner bump else a near fine hardbound copy in very good dustwrapper with creases to both front and rear flaps.
