golden press, 962. 1962 First Edition "A: printing. Hardcover. Very Good/No Dust Jacket. This is a First Edition Little Golden Book with silver foil wrap over the spine. The only copyright date shown is 1962 and there is the letter "A" on the corner of the last page. The front cover has a price of 29 cents. The book is in Great condition! The pages are perfectly clean with no soiling or tears. Nobody signed their name in the "this book belongs to box". The covers are clean with just a hint of edgewear - there is a price sticker from an old store on the front cover (6 books for $1) there is some rubbing on the rear cover. The silver foil wrapping over the spine is fully intact with no chips. I would rate the overall condition of this book an 8 out of 10. We always ship carefully in a sturdy box.
