London: Printed for the Author by A. Hamilton, 1767. Hardcover. ex library-fair. 399 p. 22 cm. Frontispiece of medal. Full leather. Ex library with ink stamps on text block edges and verso of title, call number on spine, label on front pastedown, blind stamp on title page. Boards held on with tape. Front free endpapers amateurishly repaired and top corner of title page has been cut off. Corners worn. Worm holes in top margins from about p. 330 onwards, also affecting rear board. Despite all this, pages are clean and entirely legible.
