New York: Morris Gallery (Profile Press), 1955. First edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Good-. Inscribed by the author to Max Geltman on the fly leaf. 1955, First Edition. Number 101 of 500 copies. Hardcover, brown cloth. A Near Fine clean copy in a Good- dust jacket. The DJ is missing a 3/4-inch section from the middle of the spine; spine faded; jacket shows edgewear, with some chipping; plus rubbing and snags along the spine. The author's second book of poems. Max Geltman was an author and theater manager who published books on Ezra Pound, Socialism and anti-Semitism. The DJ is now housed in a mylar wrap.
