Jonathan Cape, Florin Books, 1933. Hardcover. Good. 1933. Re-issued in Florin Books. 256 pages. No dust jacket. Brown cloth. Pages are lightly tanned and foxed throughout. Slight creasing to a few pages. Previous owner's pen inscription to front free endpaper. Faint brown marking to a few pages, text is not affected. Light scuffing and marking to text-block edges. Binding remains firm. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Soft crushing to spine ends. Slight tanning to spine and edges. Scuffing and light marking overall. Water staining to rear board, causing discolouration to cloth. Minor dark brown marking to all surfaces. Book is slightly bowed and forward leaning.
