No publication date (1915?). Cover rather worn--fraying at top and bottom of spine, bottom left edge of front cover worn through 2" along hinge, tips of corners worn through. Lettering one spine is faded, illegible. Front and rear endpapers split at hinge but held by cloth mesh. Name written in old ink on front endpaper otherwise book is unmarked. Foldout map is like new.
