London, Thomas Nelson & Sons, n.d. ca1913. Hardback, approx 7.5 x 5 inches. Beveled edge boards, red cloth, coloured pictorial designs and gilt lettering to front and spine. Top edges gilt. In very good condition. Lovely bright cloth. Ends of spine slightly bumped and some slight fading to spine. Some slight rubbing to printed designs on spine and front. Neat inscription to front endpaper “Albion Rd. School, Elizabeth Smith, July 1913.” A couple of minor spots to side edges of pages, else a very clean and tight copy. 440pp. Illustrated with 6 Coloured plates.
