Contents detached from boards. Previous owner's inscription dated 1870 on ffep. Binding loosening internally. Spots of foxing on prelims and intermittently in text. All edges gilt. Blue cloth boards with gilt lettering and decoration on front board and spine. Boards patchily damp-stained. Bevelled boards with gilt decorative margins. Top and bottom of spine and corners rubbed. Overall condition Good.
