Small octavo, xii, 97, [1] (blank), iv, 54 (advertisements) pages plus an errata slip. Flush-cut cloth-covered thin boards lightly creased; cloth a little bubbled and lightly marked; two consecutive leaves a little discoloured by an old newspaper cutting (still present); overall, an excellent copy. Provenance: Alexander John Morison, Town Clerk of Adelaide, 1937-46, with his pencilled ownership signature ('Purchased at Coles [Book Arcade]').
