SIGNED and inscribed by Vonnegut on the first free end paper in blue ink. Inscription reads "AND GOD BLESS DON AND ANNIE - Kurt Vonnegut * ". It's signed in Vonnegut's usual artistic style. Don and Annie were close personal friends of Vonnegut, Don was Donald C. Farber - Vonnegut's friend, agent, and lawyer. You can find interviews with Don about Vonnegut on the internet. From Don and Annie's personal library. Both ends of spine very gently bumped. Corners sharp. Text is clean. Pastedowns lightly discolored. Second free endpaper (not the signed one) has some glue residue. Head of Dust Jacket spine has a small piece missing. Small tear to top front corner of DJ, DJ flaps dog-eared on top corners.
