Top and bottom of spine have been repaired with scotch tape. Bottom has peeled away and is missing. Has a couple of creases to front wrap. Pages are heavily marked with pencil throughout. Owners name in ink on title page. Includes 16 photos of action shots. Cecil Leitch was Holder of Open Ladies' Championship, English Ladies Championship, French Ladies Championship. Printed ca. 1916 (advertising in back says prices in effect as of Jan 5, 1916. Someone has written the date of 1914 on front cover. Rare Publication.
