Originally period brown calf over burgundy pebble leather rebound in-house by KTB in J. Hewit acid free black calf with five raised bands on blue marbled boards and endpapers. Original gilt topboard design of Sheridan waving hat on horseback cut in two and placed on spines of each volume to denote volume, leather spine titles printed gilt. 8vo. pp. 486. Index. Very Good. Internally very good with several archival paper repairs, minor chipping, toning and some old edge dampstain. Marbled edges have faded to a consistent brown 'speckled' edge.
