London: Gordon and Cremonesi,. Good with no dust jacket. 1979. Reprint. Paperback. 0860330494 . In the original publisher's decorated card covers. Some stains, old sellotape remains, surface rubs with a little loss here and there, & some creases and edge/corner rubbing, to front cover. Rear cover and spine OK. 184 pp. The Half -Title page is creased and slightly torn away fromn the inner edge, and different sections of the text block are uniformly browned due to the type of paper used. The prints/illustrations are on 'Art' paper, whereas the text is on cheaper 'sugar' paper. Otherwise internally Very Good, no marks or underlining or similar. 78 black and white, Colour, and Monotone illustrations, some full page, of the fashions and ladies of the day. . "A perambulation, a leisurely ramble through Georgian landscapes". An Excellent history/source book for all but particularly for both Historians and Fashionistas! . ; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall .

Glossary
Some terminology that may be used in this description includes:
- Jacket
- Sometimes used as another term for dust jacket, a protective and often decorative wrapper, usually made of paper which wraps...
- Reprint
- Any printing of a book which follows the original edition. By definition, a reprint is not a first edition.
- Text Block
- Most simply the inside pages of a book. More precisely, the block of paper formed by the cut and stacked pages of a book....
- Spine
- The outer portion of a book which covers the actual binding. The spine usually faces outward when a book is placed on a shelf....
- Rubbing
- Abrasion or wear to the surface. Usually used in reference to a book's boards or dust-jacket.
