Smith, Elder & Co, 1917. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1917. No Edition Remarks. 268 pages. No dust jacket. Brown cloth. Moderate foxing and tanning to pages with heavier foxing and tanning to pastedowns and endpapers. Ink stamp and pen inscriptions to front pastedown and endpaper and slight dog-eared pages throughout. Heavy foxing and tanning to text block edges and there is cracks to guttering with exposed netting. Boards have visible rubbing and edge wear. Notable bumping to corners and fair crushing to spine ends with sticker to front. Heavier rubbing to spine as well.
