The Macmillan Company, 1938. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1938. Reprint. 160 pages. No dust jacket. Grey cloth. Map endpapers. Includes illustrations throughout. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Foxing more noticeable towards the start and end of the book. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. Text block edges are a little tanned with minor scratches. Boards have heavy edge wear, with bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are slightly crushed and frayed. Scratched, rubbed and marked overall. Intense water staining and mottled spotting front and rear. Several minor dents to board edges. Spine is heavily sunned.
