NY: Rinehart & Company, 1954. (1st editions). Hardbound. FINE / Poor slipcase. Boxed Set of 2 hardbound books. Books are as new, black cloth with gilt lettering, first editions with the Rineheart "R". However, although the slipcase will be included, it will only serve as an UGLY box to keep the books clean and square - the exterior graphics have been totally destroyed. Pulitzer Prize winner for the history of the four civilizations (aboriginal Indian, Spanish, Mexican and Anglo-American) that have inhabited this region . 1020 annotated, indexed pages including Bibliography.
