Boston: Lee and Shepard, 1856. Hardcover. Illustrated by Billings, Hammatt. 168pp + [2]pp of publisher's advertisements. Brown cloth stamped in blind on the sides, spine lettered and decorated in gold. Pale yellow endpapers. Frontispiece, engraved title, and three inserted plates with illustrations from designs by Hammatt Billings. Several names on front endpaper and flyleaf, some wear to extremities, spine panel a bit faded. Minor scattered foxing to text block. About very good. ; 12mo.
