Fold out map of the Trail on page 389. 529 pages, index. Small catalog clipping attached to the first free end page showing the listing in a booksellers catalog. Cloth bound hardback with pictorial covers. No dust jacket. Book is rubbed at corners, but is not frayed. Tightly bound and in Near Fine condition. ; Standard Book Size .
