Guatemalan Backstrap Weaving and Another

by Sperlich, Norbert and Osborne, Lilly

Condition: Very Good+/Good+

Norman: University of Oklahoma Press, 1980. Book. Very Good+. Hardcover. 1st Edition. The book's condition is handsome, almost newish, with one flaw. Due to improper closure, 20 pages at the rear top of the text have a mild corrected dogear. The covers are finished in a tough, basket weave-like cloth, spine lettering gorgeous. Jacket has lots of edgewear, short tears, and a bit of spine sunning; very attractive in new mylar wrapper. Just Received and added to this listing for sale as a pair at the listed price with one-book priced domestic media mail shipping, Hardcover of "Indian Crafts of Guatemala and El Salvador." U. of Okla. 1965, 1st. Assortment of flaws include bit of board stain, owner name and xlibris plate 1st sheets, gatefold maps and color illus. in place. Spine open (cheesecloth hinge intact) at first gutter, a casual repair with tape would be effective I think. Nicer shape than it sounds like. Foto of the pair coming. *We believe that books offered for internet sale should be described thoroughly and accurately. We assure the buyer that books listed by Brass Dolphin are so described, using the strict, traditional standards.*.
