London: A & C Black, 1919. FIRST ISSUE WITH MISSING N ON PAGE 78 AND ON PAGE 92 LINE 24 THE WORD 'least' HAS THE 'a' & 's' OMITTED Published by A & C Black. Hardback. Very rare title due to being withdrawn shortly after publication. Internally some slight spots of intermittent foxing. Bottom of front endpaper ragged possibly due to being uncut from following page. The spine has been weakened. Bad sunning to spine with some sunning to top edge of front cover. Extremely rare book as most of the first state copies were destroyed soon after publication. . First Edition. Hard Cover. Good.
